1. 120-Minute Express Delivery
We pride ourselves on our express delivery service. Once your order is confirmed, our butchers instantly begin processing your meat. Orders are packed in chilled, insulated bags and dispatched via dedicated local express riders.
- We guarantee delivery within 120 minutes across all our operating service PIN codes.
- Delivery hours are strictly between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Daily.
- Orders placed after 8:00 PM are automatically scheduled for early morning dispatch the next day (starting at 7:00 AM).
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Standard delivery charge: ₹49
- Orders above ₹600 qualify for 100% FREE Delivery.
3. Delivery Logistics & Tracking
Our meat is highly perishable and is transported in strict 0-4°C temperature-controlled thermal bags. Because of this:
- We only deliver within specific local zones to maintain absolute freshness. We do not use third-party courier services (like FedEx or BlueDart) that take days to deliver.
- You will receive an email invoice confirming your order instantly upon payment.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address, as the meat must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
